Program Overview:

The Emergent: Mindset course is designed for everyone! Whether you have a mild interest in Life Coaching or are a Life Coaching veteran, there is something for you.

Mindset is a great place to begin or continue with Life Coaching. Here, a lot of ‘low-hanging fruit’ can be found.

On the surface, Mindset work will undoubtedly create powerful shifts in how you see and live your life. Mindset work offers a doorway into those depths powered by the laser-focused coaching sessions supporting and further developing the curriculum for those wishing for a bit more depth. 

The program includes:

  • Eight Weeks in Duration, including:
    • 6 Modules, 1 Bonus Module
    • 8 Weekly, one-hour 1:1 Zoom Coaching Sessions
  • Weekly Activities & Assignments Supported by 1:1’s

    When you’re ready…

    The program requires a commitment from the coachee (you):

    • Weekly Attendance to  1:1 Zoom Coaching Sessions
    • 45-90 minutes per week invested in the training material
    • A willingness to confront one’s self
    • A desire to change your life for the better
    • A high level of honesty with yourself and your coach
