Day 16: Plan the Perfect Day.
What’s your perfect day? Would you like to sleep all day? Spend the day with people you love? Go sky diving? Whatever it is, plan it hour by hour, minute by minute. What time would you get up? What would you do first? Who would you talk to? What would you eat? Where would you be? Where would you go?
Visualizing the perfect day can be challenging. If you’ve never done this before you could feel like you’re at a loss. Go as far as you can. Write in your Who Are You? Journal what you’d do, with whom, and where you’d go. Also, write how you’d feel. Unfortunately, we don’t always control our feelings, so this is a crucial part of your perfect day.
Visualization is a necessary part of achieving your goals. Without knowing what you want, clearly, precisely, you aren’t exactly sure what you’re looking for or where you’re heading. Your destination is too vague. Consequently, you’re not going to end up where you really want to be.
Plan your perfect day, enjoy it. Repeat the process, creating the life you want.
